The preliminary result is not the final credential. Confirm the official score and active CPhT status in the account and verification system.
Complete the state-board route
Submit national certification evidence when the state requires it and complete registration, licensure, trainee conversion, background or fee steps.
Protect the credential
Record the two-year renewal date, create an NABP e-Profile when required for CE reporting, and keep contact and state-board information current.
